DISCOVERY

During our Discovery Call, we’ll get to hear your story and get to know the ins and outs of your business, as well as your pain points. From there a brand questionnaire will be sent out followed by a brand strategy workshop where we’ll dive deep into your WHY, WHAT and HOW + marketing research for your niche and hone in on your unique brand voice, ideal clientele, and visual moodboard.

CREATE

We'll use an in-depth brand strategy to craft a beautiful brand or a custom website that speaks directly to the hearts of your dream audience. We believe in a collaborative process where your voice is valued throughout our journey, so you will always have the opportunity to provide feedback at each step.

LAUNCH

Your brand is ready to be shared with the world! We will create a detailed Brand Style Guideline or a Website tutorial for you so that you can feel confident and empowered moving forward with your business. FAQs

  • After filling out the client application, you’ll hear back from us within 48 business hours to schedule a free discovery call to get to hear all about your story. From there, we'll prepare a custom proposal for you. Once it is approved, you’ll receive the design contract to review & sign as well as the starting fee invoice to secure your spot and begin our collaboration.

  • Quick answer to that is NO. A logo alone won’t tell your business’ story and in the long run it won’t be memorable. A strategy based branding is created with intention and to create an experience. Your logo is just the start, it’s part of your brand, the whole branding is what reveals to the client your values, personality, look and feel of your business. It contributes to your business being trusted and it’s what makes a deeper connection with your audience.

  • Our clients hire us for a specific reason. Our experience, as well as having a brand identity they can be proud of and will help them attract their target market. Based on the approved moodboard, we explore different concepts and it's our responsibility as designers to sort through them and find the best solution to the problem. We'll be showing you one concept that we feel best reflects your brand and you'll finish up with a strong brand identity.

    We'll collaborate to fine-tune all of the elements till you’re 100% satisfied. We'll make certain of it.

  • Yes! A 50% deposit is due at the start of the project to hold your spot in our calendar. The rest of your payments can be spread out equally throughout the project in 2 payments. Final remaining payment is required at the end of the project before the final design files are sent. We’re here to work with you and we can customize a payment plan if required.
